Man Charged In Death Of Landlord

SKAGIT, Wash. (Metro) -- A murder charge is filed against a man who's accused of killing his landlord with a baseball bat in October.

Skagit County prosecutors file the second-degree murder charge against 34-year-old Justin Morgan Daly, who's accused in the beating death of 52-year-old Louis Auriemma at the victim's Sedro-Woolley-area home on October 8.

Authorities say Daly was reported by neighbors to have punched Auriemma days prior to the murder.
