Koster To Concede First District, Criticize Lack Of GOP Aid



OLYMPIA, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Republican John Koster will concede the First Congressional District race to Democrat Suzan DelBene today, and will also criticize his Republican Party for not giving him enough help. 

That report is in Friday's "Everett Herald." 

DelBene is about to leave for Washington, DC to fill out the final month of Jay Inslee's term after winning that separate race. 

Inslee left his House seat to run for Governor.
