Larsen Leading Matthews In District 2 Race

OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Congressman Rick Larsen is ahead of Dan Matthews in the state’s newly redrawn District 2 race with 60 percent of the statewide vote as of last night.

The Democrat says his victory is due in part to the new District 2 boundaries which are a little better for a Democratic turnout.

Larsen was at a party for Suzan Delbene at the Woodmark hotel in Kirkland last night.
