Mastro's French Lawyer Lays Out Plans To Fight Extradition

LYON, FR  (Metro)  -- The French lawyer for Seattle's Michael Mastro has told the "Puget Sound Business Journal" he will highlight things like differences between U.S. and French law and the fact that Mastro and his wife weren't trying to hide their identity when they were arrested last month in the French Alps.

The Mastros face a 43 count indictment here over the collapse of their real estate empire.

There's a Wednesday hearing on their request for temporary release.
