The Survey USA poll, conducted for KING-TV, shows Inslee with 47 percent to McKenna's 44 percent, with nine percent in the "undecided" category.
A similar poll taken two weeks earlier showed a 48 to 42 margin in favor of Inslee.
The survey questioned 543 likely voters from October 12 through the 14 and has a plus or minus 4.3 percent margin of error.
