National Figure Visits Bellingham To Analyze Debate

BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- Local Republicans have invited a national talk show host to Bellingham to hear today's presidential debate and offer his analysis.

Michael Medved says President Obama has some major challenges to overcome in this debate...

Medved says Obama will have to be energetic and clear - but also respectful to Romney - if he wants to win votes.

He says Mitt Romney will need to focus more on the president.

Medved will analyze the debate at an event held by the Whatcom Republicans starting at 5:30 this evening at 1650 Baker Creek Place.

Tickets for the event are sold out. President Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney will square off tonight starting at 6 p.m.
Pre-debate coverage starts at 5 p.m. here on KGMI.
