Rising Gas Prices Changing Local Driving Habits

BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- Speculation over gas prices in California appears to be having an affect on gas prices here in the Northwest.

Many drivers in Bellingham say the near record gas prices are forcing them to change their driving habits.

Many local drivers were also angry that Bellingham continues to have the highest gas prices here in Washington State.

The average gas price in Bellingham yesterday was $4.25 per gallon, up nine cents from last week according to AAA.

Seattle had the second highest gas prices at $4.15 per gallon.
