Skagit County Man Murdered with Chainsaw

BELLINGHAM, WA -- Skagit County Police have arrested a 34 year old Sedro-Woolley man for a grisly murder.

Skagit County Undersheriff Tom Molitor says the body of the victim was found yesterday at his residence in the 4800 block of Blank Road in Sedro-Woolley.

The 52-year-old man appeared to have suffered wounds to his head from a chainsaw.

A tenant on the property was taken into custody this morning for the murder.

Police believe a dispute between the suspect and the victim lead to the assault.
The investigation continues.
