First Al Nippon Dreamliner Lands At Sea-Tac

SEATTLE, Wash.  (Metro)  -- The first Boeing 787 Dreamliner ever to land at Sea-Tac Airport in commercial service has finally touched down.

It happened during a special ceremony Monday shortly after 10 a.m.

ANA launched a Tokyo-Seattle route in July, but with a 777 until it could free up a newer 787.

Yesterday's celebration featured a traditional water-turret salute by the Port of Seattle's Sea-Tac Airport Fire Department.
