WA Attorney General Has News On Foreclosure Settlement

SEATTLE, Wash.  (Metro)  -- There's news for people who will benefit from the nationwide foreclosure settlement with America's five biggest lenders.

State Attorney General Rob McKenna says claim forms will go to about 34,000 Washington state borrowers this week.

They'll share the $25 billion settlement over illegal mortgage conduct and servicing abuses.

The forms are due back by January 18.
