New Car Sales Booming In Whatcom County



WHATCOM, Wash.  (Metro)  -- New car sales are booming in Whatcom County. 

The "Herald" reports 364 new vehicles were sold in the county last month, the highest total since April of last year. 

In the first eight months of the year, dealerships sold nearly 2,400 new vehicles, up 7.4 percent from the same time frame last year. 

Data indicates that Wilson Motors has sold the most new vehicles in the first eight months of this year, followed by Northwest Honda and Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Bellingham.
