Utah City Again Denies Susan Powell Records Request

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah  (Metro)  -- Disappointment again for the parents of missing Susan Cox Powell in Puyallup.

The West Valley City, Utah City Council has again denied their request to see police reports and other documents related to their daughter's 2009 disappearance.

Police and the council have insisted that the release could jeopardize their investigation.

Channel 13 says the family is now considering a lawsuit.
