Western Washington Excessive Heat Warning Continues



SEATTLE, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Most of Western Washington will be under an excessive heat warning for a second day today, but forecasters expect temperatures to cool into the 80s tomorrow. 

Forecasters expect highs in the mid-90s in the central Puget Sound area today. 

The state Department of Labor and industries is warning outdoor workers to stay hydrated and avoid consuming caffeine and eating big meals.
