Taylor Bridge Wildfire 25-percent Contained

CLE ELUM, Wash.  (Metro)  -- More homes are evacuated ahead of the Taylor Bridge wildfire, which continues to threaten a number of structures in Kittitas County.

Investigators believe the wildfire, which is now 25-percent contained, was human-caused, but the exact origin of the fire hasn't yet been determined.

Officials say nearly 900 firefighters are involved in battling the fire that's grown to 34 square miles.

One firefighter suffered mild facial burns yesterday, but no other injuries have been reported.

The fires have destroyed more than a half million acres in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California.
