Rocker David Silveria has pleaded not guilty following his DUI arrest earlier this year.

The former Korn drummer was arrested in Huntington Beach, California after accidentally rear-ending another car on his way to get breakfast in March.

He dismissed reports suggesting he was drunk, insisting he was drowsy behind the wheel due to the lingering affects of a sleeping pill he had taken the night before.

Silveria appeared at a court in Orange County, California earlier this week and pleaded not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence. A pretrial date has been set for next month, according to TMZ.
