Joint Base Lewis-McChord Loses Two More In Afghanistan
JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. (Metro) -- Joint Base Lewis-McChord has lost two more Stryker Brigade soldiers in Afghanistan.
They were 23-year-old First Lieutenant Sean Jacobs of Redding, California and 41-year-old Sergeant John Hansen of Austin, Texas.
Both were killed by the same enemy improvised explosive device.
Jacobs was on his first deployment, Hansen was doing his second. Both were deployed just three months ago.
