Burglary Suspects Rescued From Everett Ravine, Arrested

EVERETT, Wash. (Metro)  -- Two burglary suspects are out of a ravine they fell into in Everett, while running from police earlier this morning.

KING 5 News reports officers and paramedics used ropes to rescue the pair from the 75-foot ravine in a wooded area on Mukilteo Boulevard.

Cops were investigating a home burglary in progress around 5:30 a.m., when they confronted the suspects fleeing the house.

Everett Police Sergeant Ryan Dalberg says they ran and fell over the cliff.

The suspects do not appear to have life-threatening injuries.

At least one of them was seen walking with officers.
