WASHINGTON D.C. (Metro) -- Washington is among five states to get federal help in handling Japanese tsunami debris that's now washing in from across the Pacific.
Washington, Alaska, Oregon, California and Hawaii will soon get up to $50,000 each.
Volunteers tell Channel Five there's still not enough money to pick up and process the debris, which so far is mostly styrofoam.
