BLAINE, Wash. (Metro) -- A Blaine man is locked up for a year and a month after pleading guilty to third-degree child molestation. Thirty-three-year-old Zachary E. Rhodes was sentenced last week for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at her sister's home last August.
