Alcoa, BPA Sign 2nd 30-Day Extension



FERNDALE, Wash. -- Alcoa and the Bonneville Power Association have signed a second 30-day extension as negotiations for a power contract continue.

The original contract was set to end May 26th.

Josh Wilund with Alcoa says he is optimistic a long-term deal will be reached soon.
