OLYMPIA, Wash. (Metro) -- Initiative 502, the measure to legalize, regulate and tax marijuana here in Washington, is well ahead in a new Public Policy poll.
The poll gives the initiative a 50-to-37 percent yes vote if the election was held today.
Both Jay Inslee and Rob McKenna, now running for Governor, say they'll vote against 502.
Supporters say 502 will simply end a costly law enforcement war that America lost long ago.
