Another Lewis-McChord Soldier Killed In Action

JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. (Metro) -- Joint Base Lewis-McChord continues to lose soldiers in action in Afghanistan.

The latest is 23-year-old Army Specialist Gerardo Campos of Miami.

He died June 2nd when enemy forces attacked his unit with small-arms fire.

He was part of a Second Stryker Brigade unit.

It was his first Middleast deployment.
