EVERETT, Wash. (Metro) -- Washington State Patrol says an Everett man accused of e-mailing threats to Governor Christine Gregoire may have mental health problems.
The 38-year-old Everett man, whose name has not been released, was arrested Friday for investigation of threatening the governor and illegal possession of firearms.
The man is accused of e-mailing threatening messages to the governor's website earlier this month, including one that said, quote, "I'm going to kill the Governor for real."
Authorities say the man was arrested at a home he shares with his father.
