SEATTLE, Wash. (Metro) -- A new report says nearly 40 percent of Puget Sound-area homeowners are now underwater on their mortgages. Channel Five KING quotes figures from the Seattle-based real estate website Zillow. Its report says about nine percent actually owe double what their homes are worth.
