Cop Murder Witness Defends Her Actions In Court

BELLINGHAM, Wash.  (Metro)  -- The lone eyewitness to the murder of Washington State Trooper Tony Radulescu will face questioning by prosecutors in Kitsap County Superior Court today.

Eighteen-year-old Megan Mollet was a passenger in Joshua Blake's pickup truck the night Radulescu pulled them over and was shot in the head.

She told jurors yesterday that she did not call 911 after the shooting and lied when detectives first questioned her, because Blake threatened to kill her if she said anything.

Blake took his own life before police could catch him and Mollet is now on trial for rendering criminal assistance.
