YOU GONNA EAT THAT? What's better than a steak? Photo: Associated Press

AMARILLO, Texas (AP) — Where’s the beef? On Molly Schuyler’s plate. She’s set a new record at an Amarillo, Texas, steakhouse.

She devoured a 72-ounce steak in just under five minutes.

Her chaser, another four and a-half pound slab of steak.

But she took her time eating that one, just under 10 minutes.

The Amarillo Globe-News reports the 5-foot-7, 125-pound mother from Nebraska is a competitive eater. She once downed 363 chicken wings in 30 minutes to set a record in Philadelphia.
