WATCH: Taylor Swift’s mystery announcement revealed

Taylor Swift launched her latest video and album news during a live streamed event from the top of the Empire State Building in New York on Monday. The singer announced her new album will be called “1989” – the year of her birth – and it is set for release at the end of October. She then introduced the premiere of her promo for new song “Shake It Off.”
