NOTTINGHAM, England (AP) — Macaulay Culkin and his band Pizza Underground had to cut short their set when the audience threw pints of beer at them and booed in Nottingham, England.

The Nottingham Post says Culkin asked the crowd why they were throwing the beer when he’d rather drink it.

But after three songs, he said “that’s the end of the show” and stormed off.

One fan said he felt “really sorry” for Culkin. He said “the music did sound terrible, but it isn’t very fair to be hit with so much beer and booed, is it?”
