WWU golf: Men win big, women get second at own tourney

The Western Washington University men’s golf team rolled to a 25-shot win in the Concordia Invitational in Portland Tuesday.  The Vikings have won all three tournaments they’ve played so far this fall.  Western freshman Jordan Lee won the individual title.

The Western women finished second at their own WWU Invitational at the Bellingham Golf & Country Club.  Champion Sonoma State finished eight strokes in front of Western.  Viking junior Lacy Sheldon was the highest individual finisher tying for third place.
