Barring an unforeseen change, Fultz will be the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft on Thursday night, joining Simmons with the Philadelphia 76ers in an attempt to invigorate a once proud franchise.
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Kansas’ Josh Jackson and Duke’s Jayson Tatum headline the forwards available in this week’s NBA draft. The one-and-done small forwards are projected as top-five picks. Two other one-and-done college players — Arizona’s Lauri Markkanen and Florida State’s Jonathan Isaac — look like possible lottery picks as forwards who can play inside or out.
