WIAA names Lynden’s Trevor Abitia Athlete of the Week

The WIAA has named Trevor Abitia from the Lynden baseball team an Athlete of the Week after he had a standout week against Kingston, Ferndale, and Cedarcrest. Abitia racked up three singles, three doubles, a grand slam, and 12 RBI to help the Lions defeat all three teams in shutouts. Lynden is 3-1 and will host the Meridian Trojans Friday at 4pm.
