BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Three Whatcom County volleyball squads placed in this weekend’s WIAA Dairy Farmers/Les Schwab State Championships.

In the State 1 A  tournament held in the Yakima Sundome the Lynden Christian Lyncs took home the 3rd place trophy.

In 2 A Girls tournament action held in Lacey at St. Martins University, the Lynden Lions will bring back the 2nd place trophy and the Sehome Mariners will bring back a 6th place trophy.
