Weekend basketball tourney in Lynden features 1A and 2B state champs

Whatcom County high school basketball fans are in for a big weekend with the annual Cloud 9 Sports Lynden Invitational at five locations. The tournament’s marquee match-up figures to come Saturday night at Lynden High School at 6PM as defending 1A state champion Lynden Christian plays two-time defending 2B champion Kittitas.

Kittitas is led by future Gonzaga Bulldog Brock Ravet, who’s on pace to become the leading scorer in state history.
