Week 9 of the H-S football season

The Lynden Christian football team beat Meridian Thursday night 42-0.  The Lyncs improve to 7-1 on the year.

There are a pair of radio games Friday night.  Ferndale hosts Shorecrest on KPUG. The Golden Eagles have to win to advance to the state playoffs.  Squalicum is home against Edmonds-Woodway on AM790 KGMI.  Both radio games have 6:35 pre-game shows and 7:00 kickoffs.

Elsewhere Friday night in Class 2A crossover action Sehome goes to Burlington and Blaine hosts Liberty only the winners advance those two.  In regular season play Mount Baker visits Nooksack Valley and Lummi hosts arch-rival Neah Bay.  The Lynden Lions have the week off.
