Week 8 of the high school football season

Two radio games on Friday and one more on Saturday highlight the high school football weekend for Whatcom County teams.  Friday night on KPUG Ferndale hosts Stanwood. On KGMI Mount Baker goes to Meridian.  Both radio games have 6:35 pre-game shows and 7:00 kickoffs.

Elsewhere Friday night Lynden Christian hosts Nooksack Valley, Lynden is home against Blaine and Lummi hosts NaSelle.  The Bellingham-Sehome game was cancelled this week due to a lack of available players for Bellingham.

Saturday night Squalicum hosts Oak Harbor at 6:00.  You can hear that one beginning at 5:35 on KPUG.
