Starting pitchers named for tonight’s WCL All-Star Game

The West Coast League will celebrate their top players tonight with the All Star Game in Yakima. Nick Bonniksen of the Port Angeles Lefties will start for the North versus Connor White of the Yakima Valley Pippins for the South.

Bellingham will be well represented with 5 Bells playing for the North Division. Catcher Chase Illig, who won the Home Run Derby Monday,  joins infielders Austin Shenton and Ernie Yake and pitchers Holden Powell and Zach Pettway on the North roster. Bellingham Skipper Greg Goetz will also manage the North squad.

First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. from Yakima County Stadium. You can listen to the West Coast League All Star game online via KUTI Radio in Yakima.
