Seven county football teams in state playoffs this weekend

Seven Whatcom County football teams begin the state playoffs this weekend.  Four games are on the radio.  Friday night the Sehome Mariners visit the Liberty Patriots in Issaquah.  It’s a 6:35 pre-game start and 7:00 kickoff on KPUG.

There’s a tripleheader on KPUG Saturday.  It starts with Lynden Christian and Cascade Christian at 1:00.  Lynden and Eatonville follow at 4.  Then it’s Meridian and Elma at 7:00.

Also on Saturday Lummi hosts Crescent at 1:00, Mount Baker goes to Montesano at 6:00 and Squalicum visits Mountain View also at 6:00.
