Sehome Gymnastics wins district meet

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. – The Sehome Mariner gymnastics team are District champs after competition Saturday Night at Cascade Elite Gymnastics.

The squad now heads to the Tacoma Dome for the State Meet February 15-17.

Sehome was won more state titles (22) than any other school in Washington state, and has the honor of the first perfect 10 in a state meet when Bridget Finkbonner aced the floor in 1999.

Individual qualifiers will also compete from Bellingham and Squalicum high schools.
