Seattle signs ex-Raider kicker Sebastian Janikowski

The Seattle Seahawks announced Friday they are signing veteran kicker Sebastian Janikowski to a one-year contract. Janikowski missed last season with a back injury but the Seahawks signed him after working him out this week. The kicker was released by the Raiders after 17 seasons in Oakland. The former Raider is 11^th ranked in NFL history scoring and holds the record for field goals of 50 yards or longer. Janikowski will compete with Jason Myers to replace Blair Walsh.
