Prep Football Playoff Action

In 3a Wesco prep football action, The Ferndale Golden Eagles manhandled The Bethel Braves 42-14; even after Ferndale lost their star player Cole Semu early in the 1st quarter to an ankle injury. Bryan Ebe took over for Semu with 3 rushing touchdowns and Gabe Zwade ran in 1 more; while  Conner Obergottsberger and  Reid Benson got theirs from the air. Ferndale goes on to play O’Dey next week.

In 2a action Lynden ended their season with a 24-23 loss to Tumwater, and Mount Baker ended theirs in the 1a with a 42-24 loss to La Center.
