Prep district basketball results from Wednesday

High school district basketball finals Wednesday night…the Mount Baker boys beat Nooksack Valley 63-41.  The Mountaineers clinch a spot in the regional round of the state tournament. They play King’s in the 3rd and 4th place seeding game in Mountlake Terrace Saturday night. Nooksack Valley is eliminated with the loss.

The Lynden girls beat Anacortes 42-33.  The Lions now play Liberty Friday night in Mount Vernon for 3rd and 4th to regionals.

The Ferndale boys were eliminated by Meadowdale 60-55.
