Patrick Ames named new Meridian football coach

Meridian High School has named Patrick Ames its new football coach. Ames is the son of Bob Ames, who just retired after 46 seasons as coach of the Trojans. Patrick has been an assistant coach at Meridian since 1999.

Patrick Ames is a Meridian High School graduate. He teaches English and Leadership at Meridian and is also the Trojans track and field coach.
