Mariners open short series in Philly today on KPUG

Mariners push back Iwakuma’s Tuesday start

UNDATED (AP) — Mariners pitcher Hisashi Iwakuma  will have his start Tuesday in Philadelphia pushed back to Thursday in Toronto.

As a result, Ariel Miranda will start in his place when the Mariners open a two-game interleague series against the Phillies.

Iwakuma took a comebacker off his left knee in his previous start.
