Lynden-Ferndale highlights Week 2 of H-S football

The high school football game of the year highlights the second week of the season in Whatcom County. The Lynden Lions and Ferndale Golden Eagles  renew their rivalry in Ferndale Friday night.  You can hear that game on KPUG and KPUG1170.com.

The other radio game has Lynden Christian going to Bellingham on AM790 KGMI and KGMI.com. Both those games have 6:35 pre-game shows and 7:00 kickoffs.

Also on the schedule this weekend Sehome visits Oak Harbor at 4:00, Mount Baker goes to Blaine and Squalicum is at Mount Vernon.  Saturday night Meridian hosts Nooksack Valley.
