Local swimmer named to USA Swimming Junior World Championship team

Emma Carlton of the Bellingham Bay Swim Team has been named to the USA Swimming Junior World Championship Team.  The team is selected based on the rankings at the US Nationals and the 17-year-old will be back in Indianapolis August 23rd through the 28th to compete against 800 other Junior Athletes from 176 countries.

Carlton will compete in her signature event, the 50 Fly.
