The Bellingham Post 7 Legion baseball team beat Skagit 2-1. Next up Post 7 visits Whalley, BC Wednesday.

The 1A/1B/2B high school state feeder games were played yesterday at Joe Martin Field. The following five players from Whatcom County were nominated for the all-state series held in Yakima June 14-15. Josh Hosick and Jake Plagerman of Meridian, Jamie Hestek from Lynden Christian, Mt. Baker’s Seth Bass and Charlie Wilson of Lummi.
