It’s finally high school football time!

High school football returns to Whatcom County this weekend.  It’s not the usual Friday night as Week One action is Saturday.  We’ll have a pair of games on the radio.  Sehome hosts Burlington on KPUG.  Mount Baker goes to Nooksack Valley on KGMI.  Both games have 6:35 pre-game shows and 7:00 kickoffs.

Also on Saturday Lynden Christian goes to Blaine at 1:00, Lynden visits Mt. Vernon also at 1, Ferndale is at Oak Harbor at 4.  Saturday night at 6 Bellingham visits Anacortes. Squalicum goes to Sedro-Woolley at 7. Meridian has the week off. The Lummi Blackhawks don’t begin their season until the end of March.
