Seahawk running back Rashaad Penny will miss to rest of the 2019 season after suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee against the Rams Sunday night.  Penny was injured catching a screen pass on the Hawks first drive.

The Hawks 2018 first-round draft pick was playing his best ball when he went down.  Penny had amassed 236 total yards and three touchdowns in the previous two games.

C.J. Prosise will take over as the back-up to starting running back Chris Carson.
