Frank Clark held out of Hawks practice Friday as punishment

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Frank Clark was held out of practice Friday as punishment for punching teammate Germain Ifedi at Thursday’s practice.  Seahawk reporter Gregg Bell from the News Tribune of Tacoma told KPUG about it in The Zone Friday afternoon.

“(Defensive coordinator) Kris Richard confirmed to me when I asked if this was punishment.  He said ‘Yes, there’s no place for this and it’s part of the punishment process,” Bell said.

Bell added he didn’t see any signs of damage to Ifedi’s face.  Ifedi was also held out of practice.
