Former Seattle Sonic Lonnie Shelton dies at age 62

Former Seattle Sonic Lonnie Shelton passed away over the weekend at age 62. He suffered a heart attack in May. Shelton was a starter on the Sonics 1979 world championship team. He played 17 playoff games for Seattle averaging 12.9 points and 8.4 rebounds in ’79.
